Luau Kalamaku

This Polynesian show with Hawaiian hula, Tahitian dancing, poi ball twirling and fire-knife dancing is a SB snorkel consultant favorite. Take a train ride through historic plantation homes & forest and see pineapples, papayas, bananas, sugarcane and taro (used for the luau poi). Feed wild pigs, goats, and sheep, then visit the cattle, clydesdales & donkeys. Torch lighting, Imu ceremony (unearthing of the pig) and a craft fair kick off the luau feast. A centrally located stage, tableside service and open bar round out post-snorkel relaxation.

The Plantation Owner’s Evening is a 4-course meal on-site at Gaylord’s Kilohana restaurant with a fresh flower lei greeting, champagne reception, complimentary glass of wine or mai tai during show & premium luau seating near the stage.

Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Chicken, Soy Ginger Island Fish, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Sweet Potatoes w/Coconut Sauce, Poi, Jasmine Rice, Vegetable Chow-Mein, Potato-Macaroni Salad, Thai-Curry Ratatouille, Fresh Fruit, Green Salad, Tofu Salad, Taro Rolls, Rice Pudding with Rum Sauce, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Coconut Haupia, Banana Cream Tart and Passion Fruit Mousse. Plenty gluten free and vegetarian options available.

3rd course: Sesame Seed Seared Island Fish or Hoisin Pork Spare-Ribs with sides
