Kauai Luaus

Aulii Luau (Kauai’s only oceanfront Luau)

Auli’i’s setting overlooks beauteous Poipu Beach and this is the only oceanfront luau on Kauai. 

Enjoy a refreshing mai tai or blue Hawaii & lei greeting at check­in. After photos, music, and a trip around to see the local Hawaii artisans–seating, appetizers, dinner & cocktails resume. Seating is family style (shared) tables in true aloha spirit, with “ali’i” seating in the first 2 to 3 rows nearest the stage. I, SB, highly recommend spending a few extra shekles for the best view of the stage.

My, SB’s crew raves about the food here with pupus, salads, poke, fresh fish, kalua pork, grilled chicken & marinated beef (a local favorite), dessert, local beer from Kona Brewing Co., wine, cocktails, coffee, tea & soda.

The highlight of this Polynesian luau is Hawaiian songs of Kauai with dances from Tahiti, Samoa, New Zealand and fire knife dancing. Urahutia Productions is a family affair with director & choreographer Mi Nei Oliver Martin’s entire Ohana (family) in the show. Mi Nei has 27 1st place awards in Tahitian dance and is the only american with this honor.

In inclement weather, luau will be relocated to Garden Pavillian or Poipu Ballroom.
