Magnum Helicopters‘ – 50 min/Doors Off Oahu Adventure
You’ll pass over the Waikiki beaches and harbors, then over to Diamond Head crater and up the east coast where you’ll thrill to see Koko Head Crater with it’s 1,000 steps to the top! Makapu’u Crater and Lighthouse is right there, too, Then you’ll see the Koolau Mountains and Olomana Ridge with it’s tripple peaks, affectionately called Three Sisters. You’ll fly over Jurassic Park Valley where many movies were filmed and Kaneohe Bay which is home to Gilligans island and Chinaman’s hat! Following a breathtaking view of Sacred Falls, you’ll zoom to the North Shore to see where the most challenging surf competitions in the United State is held, The Bonzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay. Then it’s a fly- over of the Dole Pineapple plantation and Pearl Harbor, with a sobering view of the Arizona Memorial and the battleship The Missouri.

TIMES: 8:30am, 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm and 4:00pm
DURATION: 50-55 minutes
FIRST CLASS SEATS: are the 2 seats in the front with the pilot. Combined weight of front seat passengers cannot exceed 345lbs.
OPEN SEATING: are the back seats which are assigned based on weight distribution. Every effort will be made to put together those in the same party.
AGES: Must be 7+ yrs old. Those 7-11 years must sit in the front between the pilot and an adult.(So must purchase First Class seats.) Those 12+ years are permitted to sit next to the open door. Everyone must wear a seat belt.
WEIGHT LIMITS: Up to 250lbs. Those more than that must $100.00 extra. Or those more than 300lbs must purchase an additional “comfort seat.” Two people weighing more than 430lbs must purchase an additional “comfort seat.”
THE HELICOPTER: 4 passengers + pilot. McDonnell Douglas MD500D which is a reproduction of the helicopter used in the Magnum P.I. TV show. It’s powerful engine, T-tail & 5 blade main rotor ensure quick maneuverability and a smooth ride.
INCLUDES: Premium noise-canceling headphones with 2-way communication with the pilot. Narrated experience in English only. Front facing comfortable leather seats, unobstructed viewing and an exhilarating experience. For added fun you will have the opportunity to sit in a Ferrari 308GT made famous by Tom Seleck in the Magnum P.I. TV show. You can pose for photos and videos!
