We rented snorkeling gear. The gear worked for the most part and we got to see many beautiful fish. As with everything in big island’s resort area, the rental is pricey in my opinion. $54 per day for 2 people. However, it’s close to the resort, so it’s a convenient pick up. There were other places farther away for cheaper.
Stopped in with a quick question about my personal mask and snorkel and Elly was SO helpful! She immediately understood my issue and quickly found exactly what I needed. Elly was extremely friendly and efficient. She's a great asset to your organization. Thanks Elly!

The staff was extremely helpful. Checked us out quickly. We did ask for the higher end equipment and got charged for the higher end equipment. However, every one of us had a malfunction with either our mask or snorkel falling apart. Their equipment is old and very used. Find a different place I would suggest.
Duke and his wife Dolly are amazing! So helpful with lining up gear for snorkeling and for seeing sights and getting into events. With their help we had a great time snorkeling at Napili! Kind and thoughtful!!

Snorkel Bob's is the ONLY place I rent Snorkel gear from. The gear is top notch, plus they have prescription goggles which is a must for me. Amazing service at every Snorkel Bobs and this one is no exception. Richard was very helpful and even showed us how to check wind conditions.
I read other reviews and am disappointed that people do not understand how businesses work:
1) If you are not doing business, you cannot park on the lot; especially when there are only 3 parking spots. This is common.
2) While the shop has tons of gear, you sign stating that you understand the return policy. Yes, it sucks the be charged another day BUT you were late. It's your fault not the business.

Love snorkel bobs, we've been there on every island we've visited. They always have great service, and this one was no exception, Richard was super nice to us, gave us really good advice, and even checked the weather to make sure the tour we booked was the right choice.
Best place to rent snorkel gear. Hands down
