LUAU FEAST:
Cocktails, music, hula dancing, Hawaiian games, a conch shell blowing contest and fashion show start the evening. Dinner begins after the Imu ceremony (unearthing of the pig). Ahi poke (local specialty with ahi & soy sauce, sesame oil & other ingredients), Lomi Lomi Salmon, Kalua pork, Steak with Guava Teriyaki Glaze, Fresh Water catch in Lilikoi Butter Sauce, Stir Fry Vegetables, Island Sweet Potato with Coconut Glaze, Potato & Macaroni Salad, Steamed Rice, Garden Vegetables & Pasta Salad, Shrimp Salad, Poi, green salad, pineapple, melon, banana bread, Haupia, Macadamia Nut Pie, Mango Cake, Chocolate Cake, Pineapple Bread Pudding and open bar.
