If you want to do something special on Maui, this is it. Sail aboard TRILOGY 1, a 54’ sloop rigged catamaran, only 36 pax. Possibly one of the best ways to whale watch & catch sunset with individual 2-top table seating, premium bar, heavy pupus (appetizers) & dessert. Beauteous Haleakala, West Maui & Kaho’olawe views. Sailing 2 hours Tuesday-Saturday from 5-7 PM.* Bring light jacket or sweatshirt.

Pupus (Appetizers), Tableside Service:

• Tomato-basil-mozzarella caprese skewer with balsamic reduction & stuffed green olive
• Kalbi style BBQ Chicken satay
• Rainbow avocado summer rolls with sweet chili aioli 
• Pulled pork sliders with tropical coleslaw on Hawaiian sweet roll
• Dark chocolate dipped strawberry

Bar: Moloka’i mule, signature “Lanai Tai”, Lilikoi Margarita, Locally Brewed Beer, Prosecco, Meiomi Pinot Noir/Sauvignon Blanc.

TIME:
Check-in 15 minutes prior to departure at Trilogy Slip #99 across the street from Maalaea General Store. Paid parking at Ma’alaea Harbor for $0.50/hour. Pay the meter for 3 hours and place receipt on dashboard. Traffic out of Lahaina after 4 PM may increase drive time from Lahaina/Kaanapali by 30 minutes.

Oct. 1 - Jan. 31: 4 PM to Sunset
Feb. 1 - March 31: 4:30 PM to Sunset
April 1 - August 31: 5 PM to Sunset
Sept. 1 - Sept. 30: 4:30 PM to Sunset
