Kauai Luau Kalamaku – A Hawaiian Experience

Luau Kalamaku features Hawaiian Craft Demonstrations & Games, a traditional Imu Ceremony (unearthing of the pig), ono grinds, open bar and Polynesian show with fire poi balls & fire knife dancing every Tuesday and Friday night.
Take a train ride through the historic plantation homes & forest with views of the pineapple fields, papayas, bananas and sugarcane. Disembark to feed wild pigs, goats, and sheep, then visit the cattle, horses, clydesdales & donkeys before the Imu Ceremony starts.
The Plantation Owner’s Evening is a 4-course meal on-site at Gaylord’s Kilohana restaurant with a fresh flower lei greeting, champagne reception, complimentary glass of wine or mai tai during show & premium reserved luau seating.

Kalua Pig, Mango BBQ Chicken, Soy Ginger Island Fish, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Sweet Potatoes w/Coconut Sauce, Poi, Rice, Macaroni Salad, Fresh Fruit, Green Salad, Rice Pudding, Coconut Haupia, Banana Cheese Cake w/Chocolate Crust and Passion Fruit Mousse.
PLANTATION DINNER MENU:
Champagne reception with choice of Duck Spring Rolls or Fresh Fruit & Brie for appetizer; Garden Greens or Soup du Jour; Island Fish, Prime Rib, Seasonal or Vegetarian Entrée; then Coffee w/Tropical Sorbet Selection, Banana Cream Pie or Chocolate Decadence & complimentary glass of wine or mai tai during show.
ENTERTAINMENT:
The legend, Kalamaku, expresses the Polynesians’ journey from Tahiti to Kauai.
