Kamanu Manta Night Snorkel
Arrive at the manta site, gear up, and watch sunset before communing with the rays. Jump overboard, grab hold of the float, and watch the divers around the “campfire” as they flash their dive lights to attract plankton. The mantas feed on plankton, offering an up close & personal manta experience. This is a great adventure for all ages, must be at least 7 years old to participate. SB manta snorkelers have been 7-90 years old. Floating and breathing air through a tube is all that’s required in this Kona snorkeling adventure. Captain John calls around daily and often travels to multiple sites to find the best manta action. His 36′ sailing catamaran is the primary excursion vessel, with an occasional ride on his new rigid hull raft.
