Shipping and Handling Policies
Orders received by 5:00 pm HST are shipped the next day (in stock items only).

We ship via US Priority Mail or FedEx. Shipping & Handling charges are calculated based on weight, method and destination. Our shopping cart will automatically figure your rates. To see shipping charges, place item(s) in your cart and click on Checkout. Select your geographic location and preferred shipping method and continue towards Checkout. Then click on Modify Cart or Checkout to see the shipping rates for your order. You can cancel the Checkout process at any time.

US Priority Mail
If customer prefers Via US Priority Mail, allow up to 10 business days. Snorkel Bob does not take responsibility for shipment once it has left Snorkel Bob. Once product has been shipped, it becomes the property of the customer.

FedEx
3rd Business Day Delivery: no Saturday deliveries. Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, Guam, PR and VI and countries other than U.S.A. E-Mail: Snorkel Bob@snorkelbob.com for exact rates. Orders for geographic regions not served by FedEx will have their packages shipped via US Mail. This includes APO, FPO, Foreign and PO Box orders.

Tracking Your Order
All orders may be tracked. Call our Customer Service number (1-808-737-2421) or e-mail: Snorkel Bob Customer Service and give your name and date of order. We will provide you with tracking information.

Backorders
If a Backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All overweight Item charges apply.
