Product Guarantee & Return Policy
Everything we sell is covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. To get your 100% refund or exchange, return it to us within 30 days of purchase, in “resaleable as new” condition, with the original receipt (or a copy) as proof of purchase, in the original packing. Feel free to try it on for fit, then either keep it or return it to us. See Returns below for instructions.
The Warranty for Snorkel Bob Brand items: For two (2) years after purchase, we will repair or replace any product with defects due to materials, parts or workmanship.
Snorkel Bob does not accept used items under the return policy or as trade-in on other purchases.
Please refer to our 30 day return policy. If you need to return items to us, please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit:
Contact Snorkel Bob Customer Service for Return Authorization. You may also contact Customer Service by phone at (800) 262-7725, 9-5, HST, M-F.
Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or FedEx (Snorkel Bob will refund actual shipping costs from original FedEx label or postage on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment).
Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt/packing slip. If you do not have your receipt/packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser’s name, address and approximate date of purchase.
Send returns to: Snorkel Bob’s Distribution, 700 Kapahulu Ave., Honolulu, HI 96816 (we do not accept CODs).
Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
Adventure Reservation Confirmation
& Cancellation Policy
I, Snorkel Bob, will send you a reservation confirmation voucher via email (1 per group or family). You’ll need to print a copy (on your printer) of the confirmation and bring it in to our store(s) to pick up your FREE Premium at S. B.’s HI. If you have booked an Adventure such as a boat trip, heli tour, luau, zipline, or kayak/surf lesson, we will provide you with the necessary information to go directly to that adventure on the day it occurs.
Payment | Ticketing | Pickup
You will complete your gear rental transaction at any Snorkel Bob’s on the island that you choose to pick up on. Payment for snorkel gear will take place in the store, with your preference of cash, travelers check or credit card. No charges will be made to your credit card prior to picking up your gear at the store. Selection and fitting of gear will also be done in the store when you arrive to assure proper fit and happiness.
Adventures will be charged to credit card in advance to secure your boarding pass or tickets. You must have boarding pass or tickets to attend adventure. Ticketing arrangements will be coordinated in advance via email or by phone if necessary. Tickets may be mailed to you in advance or picked up at a designated store prior to adventure date.
Cancellation | 24/48Hour
All boat trips, luaus, helicopter rides or other activities have a 24-hour cancellation policy for a full refund of ticket price. Cancellations inside of 24 hours will result in full charge for that adventure. Some adventure bookings require a 48 hour cancellation. We will advise of any 48hr cancellation requirements. If adventure is canceled due to weather or other reason you may either reschedule or get a full refund.
There are no cancellation fees for canceling snorkel gear reservations. If you need to cancel your snorkel gear reservations please advise us via email that you will not be picking up your gear.
